Hi, this is the new T-shirt shop of Pressgang’s striking images business. You can browse all our shirts onlineand buy them on your desktop or your laptop computer or your tablet, or even on your smartphone, all at strikingimages.biz.
We set up our business using the talented artists, photographers and designers in the north of England, where our T-shirts are also printed. But we can fulfil your orders and deliver wherever you live in the world.Everyone is different so we try to design unusual and quirky products to amuse you and help you to proclaim your individuality and stand out from the crowd.For example, we do a haiku range of shirts, like the mock-up on the left above, based on the Japanese style of writing ultra-short, contemplative poems about nature and life. Our haiku are written with supporting images in an English adaptation – usually 17 non-rhyming syllables in only three lines. There are five syllables in the first line, seven in the second, and five again in the last line. Here’s another example.We don’t think illustrated haiku are published by anyone else, certainly not by the makers of any T-shirts we have seen in the shops. They are not easy to write but lots of fun. Why not have a go?Another experiment we are trying is our veggie series for committed vegetarians, of course – some of the captions are a mite aggressive but others promote a non-meat diet with a gentle humour.We also considered a range of T-shirts for gay people but eventually decided to have a more all-inclusive series about love, human relationships and dating called lovingly. Don’t like the caption? Well, we sometimes do a variety of captions, and if you want a custom caption on anything we may be able to organise it. We like the continuous-line artwork style and here’s another example.T-shirts are all about having fun as in the next and last example. You’re welcome to browse some more (go to the Exploring menu link ) but it’s best to Register first so you can add the designs you love to your favourites page with a single click.Then if you decide to buy some of your favourites, you can click on the designs you have stored and automatically add them to your basket, confirm your details and delivery address and pay for your order.
